ISSUE 20: ILLUSTRATION THEME MAGAZINE SHOOT

As a mum of teen/tween daughters – I really appreciated having this theme in our recent magazine as it can often be difficult in these ages to find appropriate party themes!

However Luxury Picnic Events and Grace Choi Artist combined to create a fashion illustration party held at Grace’s venue – A Little Bite Studio

Scroll through to enjoy the photos and find the full vendor list at the end of this post

The gorgeous backdrop and florals were styled by C3 Event Styling to create a beautiful setting and to showcase the illustration by Grace Choi Artist that was printed by Jo’s Signs by Design:

Grace also created custom illustrations for each of the girls and these were set on the picnic setting created by Luxury Picnic Events:

The stunning cake was a true work of art by Cake from the Heart!

Just love the illustrations she incorporated into this cake:

Gorgeous cookies by Baked by AKA were a beautiful addition, with custom illustrations by Grace Choi Artist:

Sweet bon bon favours by Karamela Candy boxes made a lovely addition to the table styling also:

And the cookie mix bottles by Sweet Health were cutomised to suit the theme and we love the custom labels to say “throw a little fashion into the mix”!

Such a delightful idea for a beautiful party for a teen or tween girl incorporating fashion and illustration!

Parisian Painting 10th birthday party

Oooh la la its off to Paris we go with this Parisian Painting party for my eldest daughter Rebekah’s 10th birthday!

Featured in Issue 12 of our Celebrating Little Ones magazine: https://issuu.com/lifeslittlecelebrations/docs/celebrating_little_ones_magazine_march_2021_final

Angie of Angie B Event Styling collaborated with a range of Celebrate Society members to style this setup with red, pink, rose gold and hints of black and white for a gorgeous cake setting & painting setup!

Eve and Co stationery designed this custom invitation to suit a Parisian Painting party for Rebekah perfectly and which set the tone for the rest of the decor:

The cake setup was created using gorgeous panel props from Ruby’s Prop Hire which were covered in decals designed by Eve and Co stationery and printed by Am Creative who also printed the name decal:

Party Splendour created the gorgeous balloon decor which framed this beautiful setting:

My beautiful daughter enjoyed this 10th birthday party so much after such a crazy 2020!

The details on the cake by JK Cake Designs were truly gorgeous…from the Eiffel Tower..to the bicycle…to the baubles to match the balloons!:

The outside setting for the Parisian Painting activity was truly ‘magnifique!’

With berets for each girl on their chair and Eiffel tower canvases, along with beautiful table settings with treats galore…this truly was a stunning setting:

The plates and tableware were from Ruby Rabbit partyware with a gorgeous mix of pink, rose gold and black and white and:

The other touching details included the gorgeous lunch boxes put together by Cookie Queen Kitsch’n, cookies by Petite cookies, Magnum pop by Cookie Queen Kitsch’n, Cookie Mix Favour bottle from Sweet Health and Fairy Floss bauble from Your Sweet Memories.

I loved how the design by Eve and Co Stationery was carried through to the decor and desserts:

The design looked so gorgeous on these magnum pops by Cookie Queen Kitsch’n !

Petite Cookies created such stunning (and delicious) cookies with rose gold touches!:

The girls loved the fairy floss favours from Your Sweet Memories and Cookie mix favours from Sweet Health:

The girls enjoyed the Painting activities run by Decorati who transported them to Paris with Parisian music and Eiffel tower inspiration!

Age 10 was the perfect age for a parisian party as the girls really got into the activities and spent time on their artwork!:

They were able to enjoy a painting snack all themed thanks to Cookie Queen Kitsch’n with her themed lunchboxes!

It truly was such a fun afternoon that Rebekah will always remember and I thank all the vendors who helped to bring it together and most of all Angie of Angie B Event Styling!

Art Party Theme

An art or painting party has become a fun and popular theme where kids can get creative. It is often seen decorated in a rainbow colour scheme however you can also go with a Pantone colour palette look. View the real parties section at the end of this blog post to view different ideas including a parisian artist party!

I hope you enjoy the selection and remember to view the Life’s Little Celebration’s children’s party directory for vendors you can use – especially for a theme such as this which you won’t find specific items for in party stores – the vendors in the Handmade decor category can create items for you to suit what you are after!
