I’m excited to introduce you to Tiny Tots Toy Hire as one of our fabulous blog sponsers.
I love this business because not only do they have fantastic toys (such as the ever popular ball pits!) but they have some gorgeous other items for hire such as unique props, drink dispensers and cute kids tables and chairs!
Since so many of us mums love to have a theme for a party it can become expensive having to buy theme specific items. So it’s great to find items that you can hire such as garden placemats, dinosaur ride on toys, pirate and fairy playhouses etc which can work into your theme but won’t take up space after the party! I also love the idea of being able to hire items such as drink dispensers which add that special touch to a table without storage issues afterward!
Have a look at some of the many items they have available and then read on to find out more about Dalia and Tiny Tots Toy Hire
As you can see, there is a WIDE variety of items they have available and I can’t wait to have some of their lovely items at my own daughter’s birthday party!
Dalia who owns and runs the business fulltime is a mum herself with 2 children (daughter 1.5yrs and 3.5yr old son). She is absolutely passionate about business and Tiny Tots in general and is friendly, warm and down to earth too (as I found out when I had the pleasure of meeting her!)
She is someone who is constantly dreaming up new ideas of ways to make her customers experience unforgettable as well as incredibly simple! Over the last few months I’ve seen the Tiny Tots range grow immensely especially with unique props – testament to the fact that Dalia is always seeking out the next unique and sought after party items to offer for hire!
She aim’s for 6 star professional service and for Tiny Tots Toy Hire to be the leaders in their field!
If you are in Sydney (or know someone else who may find these items useful) please visit the Tiny Tots Toy Hire facebook page and website. Their toys are also available to hire if you are coming to Sydney for a holiday and just want a few items to entertain the kids while you are here! Sounds perfect.
I look forward to sharing more with you about Tiny Tots Toy Hire in the future =)

In the middle of my blog break I just had to do a post to let you know that The Bird’s Party Magazine has been released, filled with Christmas and holiday party and celebration inspiration!
I contributed the 3 inspiration boards from pages 9-11 for 3 different Christmas themes: Traditional, Glam and baroque and Green and Natural.
Please contact me if you would like an inspiration board (with 25-30 images and sources) or more detailed custom services for the little celebrations you are planning! Simply send me an e-mail and I can explain more about what I offer and prices =)
Hope you enjoy the finds and the magazine.
It’s just over 2 weeks until my own little daughters ‘s 1st birthday and I have decided to take a blog break so I can focus on getting ready for her celebration and enjoy this time with her!
All of you know how busy life can be leading up to a special birthday celebration, on top of all our motherly duties and other bits and pieces! So I’m sure you will understand me taking some time out from my party theme blog posts for a few weeks!
My daughters birthday is on the 21st November and I’ll be back after this and then will be launching a new Party Directory page on the blog in early Dec, where you will be able to easily find links to some great suppliers of Party products and services! If you wish to be listed please email me at lifeslittlec@gmail.com for more info =)
Hopefully all will go well for her celebration and everyone will have a lovely time! I’ll be putting together my first proper ‘dessert table’ so go easy on me =) I am not as talented as so many of you stylists and mum’s but I’ll do my best and more than anything – aim to enjoy the day and celebrate our daughter and celebrate the best year of our lives since she arrived =)
In the meantime, you may want to have a look through some of my previous posts that you may have missed =) For custom inspiration you can always contact me about my inspiration boards and more detailed online party planning assistance.
Thanks again for all your support and reading my blog =)

What are your Christmas colours? It’s a question that seems to be getting discussed a lot lately on facebook.
Do you go traditional red, green and white? Do you like to change it up every year? Or do you stick to the same (but unique) colour palette each time?
We all know Christmas is about a lot more than just the colours we decorate in and it’s important that we don’t put pressure on ourselves as mum’s to have a Christmas tree or dessert table that is ‘magazine worthy’ – especially when you have children who want to be hand’s on in the decorating!
However I always find decorating in a colour scheme (and choosing the colours) is a fun part of the early Christmas preparations!
Here is some colour inspiration for you based starting off with what is fast becoming quite a popular colour combination – bold red and soft aqua:

I love these soft colour palettes of blue with creams and golds for a fresh look:

A unique pink, gold and blue colour palette makes for a bright and beautiful Christmas spread:

Vibrant purple is a great colour for Christmas! Team it with a bold red:

Pink seems to be the ‘new red’ of Christmas! A soft pink, gold and silver colour scheme would look gorgeous:

You could go rustic with browns mixed in with reds, greens or golds:

Add silver to a traditional red and white combination for a stand out look:

Red, white and green will always be a Christmas favourite:

I hope you have found a Christmas colour combination for Christmas.
