Today I am sharing an amazing real party feature for an Ice-cream theme party along with some gorgeous party supplies from Emiko Blue so you can put together your own ice-cream party duriing these hot months!
Emiko Blue presents Ella’s 10th Birthday Ice Cream Party!
With the weather warming up in Australia, Emiko Blue was so excited to team up with some of Australia’s finest talent to create a unique ice creamery for Ella’s 10th birthday.
Who doesn’t like ice cream? With this in mind the party got started with each little guest making their own waffle cone to enjoy. The table was decorated with stylish partyware, ice cream biscuits, marshmallows and gorgeous cake pop ice cream cups and cones.
Details, details!
Ice cream invitations were sent to the guests announcing the event:
Emiko Blue sourced high quality partyware for the occasion. 2 Love Birds took inspiration from the ice cream invitation to create gorgeous graphics to theme the occasion with a backdrop, chalkboard and table runner.
Kendra Plastow Event Styling created a unique setting with ice cream tubs, ice cream themed biscuits, sprinkles, cake pop cones and cups, stylish partyware and honeycomb decorations.

As we start a new year I thought I’d share some of the new trends I think we’ll see more of in 2015 on dessert tables!
Gorgeous and deliciously fun items – some not so “new” but refreshed in a new way such as these gorgeous floral lollipops and iced donuts!
I envision Meringue kisses, custom marshmallows, chocolates coated strawberries and chocolate pyramids will be seen alongside the firm favourites of macarons, cookies and cupcakes.
Are you in love with any of these new trends?
Will you be incorporating any into your 2015 parties?

Yes it definitely is the most wonderful time of the year!
I’m 9 months pregnant (due mid January!) with baby number 3 and looking forward to meeting the next addition to our family.
I just wanted to take a little time out to wish all of my blog readers, FB followers and of course my lovely amazing vendors on the Directory a beautiful, joyful and relaxing Christmas!
Pencils from Upon a time Designs
Christmas can become such a blur in the midst of preparation, christmas shopping, cooking and visiting – but I hope the real meaning and gift of Christmas – joy, peace and love remain with you and your family throughout 2015 no matter what comes your way!

As for me – I will still be around pre and post baby!
I will be having some time off to enjoy my new bub but I have organised some wonderful guest blog posts to share party items for various kids party themes in early 2015! I’ve also set up some scheduled FB posts sharing some fantastic items as well – so hey I could be in labour but FB will be posting away on my behalf and sharing some wonderful party items from vendors on the Life’s Little Celebration’s directory.
Please remember just on the right hand side of the my blog there is a drop down menu so you can look up any of my previous blog post PARTY THEMES if you’re need of some ideas and of course the vendors on the Directory can also be looked up at any time!
I’m so excited by the amazing vendors who are on board the Life’s Little Celebrations Directory in 2015 – I truly believe it contains such a fabulous range of sources of gorgeous party printables, cake and dessert suppliers, stylish partyware and handmade decor and more! I know you will enjoy using these vendors for your parties next year.
I hope you’ve enjoyed the inspiration and help from the blog and Directory this year and I look forward to providing more in 2015 as a mumma of 3!
Merry Christmas! xx
Today I am sharing a real party by Isabelle for her 2yr old daughter! Isabelle runs Barbe a Papa so she could use her talent and skills to create the paperie items herself.
As Isabelle describes – “Princesses are such popular theme for little girls. So it wasn’t a surprise when our then 2 year old fell in love with Snow White. Her party theme was obvious!”
I love the use of the blue curtain backdrop for a fairytale feel. Gorgeous red tablecloth from Saffy and May!
These blue candy jars help to bring the colour scheme to life!:
How sweet are these snow white spoons from Bespoke Party Products?:
The Snow White clipart was carefully chosen to look like Isabelle’s daughter. I think it is super sweet!
Isabelle decided to work with the Snow White colours: red, blue and yellow and added a touch of glitter and gold to make everything a little more magical.
Apples were also a very important part of the design and were included in the whole concept.
The cake was a chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache and the figurine was handcrafted to match the invitation. Renae from All that Cake did an amazing job.
Such a lovely kids party table setup carrying on the colour scheme:
The children were entertained by a face painter. There was also a bubble station set up, a game of pin the bow or apple on a Snow White and the children could decorate their own cupcakes.
Each child took home a heart filled with playdough, a chocolate bar, some bubbles, colouring pages and crayons, with a personalised muslin bag.
I just love these cute muslin bags from Barbe a Papa!:
