Step 1: Detailed survey

This allows you to let me know the challenges and focus for the mentoring to ensure we can dive straight in during the call. It also means I can research and prepare ideas/strategies for you ahead of time. 

Step 2: 90 min session

Every strategy intensive is tailored, but commonly we focus on:

  • Clarifying your offers and pricing

  • Identifying income gaps and growth opportunities

  • Simplifying your business model to reduce overwhelm

  • Improving the quality of bookings and clients

  • Creating structure around limited working hours

  • Mapping a realistic 30–90 day action plan

This is about doing less, better — and building a business you don’t resent.

Step 3: Ongoing support (not included in 1 off strategy session)

For the next 30 days (or 90 days for the 3 month program) i'll be there to guide you through the steps, answer questions and push you to take action via virtual support using voice notes and text messages. No waiting for scheduled calls -this is accountability on the go as you implement the plan

If you've booked for the 3 months you also receive 2 further 60 min sessions during the 3 month period after the initial 90 min launch session. These can be scheduled in to suit your timing.
