FAQ's

Can anyone attend?This conference is relevant for anyone with a business linked to the event industry or  creative business or who wants to network with business owners in this industry! You do not need to be a Celebrate Society member.

What if I can't attend the whole day?You're welcome to arrive/leave at the time that suits you. However the ticket price does remain the same and we do not have half day tickets

Can I bring my baby along?Babies are welcome as we want to support mums in business. This event however wouldn't be suitable for toddlers/preschools. 

What is the format of the day?We provide you with a mix of speaker sessions, Q and A panels and a small group discussion session. We have regular breaks where you can step outside or mingle

When do tickets close?The earlybird rate ticket price is a special offer and will close on the 16th April. Tickets completely will close at the standard rate on Monday 26th May

What if I don't know anyone there?We have many attend who don't know others when they arrive, including some who fly into Sydney just to attend. However once you're seated at your table you'll easily be able to meet the others sitting with you. You can interact with others as much or as little as you feel comfortable. However many say when they attend that it is a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

What if I can't attend last minute?There are no refunds available for cancellations once the tickets have been purchased. However you are welcome to transfer your ticket /sell your ticket to someone else and let us know the name. 

What if i am an introvert?The great thing about the conference is there is no awkward ice breaker games, forced networking or mingling. If you wish to stay in your seat and keep to yourself or just chat to those next to you, you're welcome to. We want you to feel comfortable and understand everyone interacts in different ways. You can also always pop outside any time you need a breather.

What if i can't afford it?We have both afterpay and zippay available to make it accessible to everyone!
There are a range of costs we need to cover for this event to make it amazing for you - and the ticket price is symbolic of the quality and value of this event

We know that if you use the ideas shared on the day you will make the ticket price back 10X over within the year! 

This is also a one off opportunity. Our last conference was in 2023 and many who missed it hoped to attend in 2024 but we did not host our full scale event then - so do not miss your chance in the hope of "next time"
