“I have been creative my whole life, I have always loved making things for friends. When I began my degree in Visual Arts and Design I quickly realised it was the best decision I ever made. I found my creative voice as I was able to learn everything from painting and drawing to textile design and even many digital mediums including Graphic Design and Film.

My personal passions lie in old films, costumes and textiles but I love to make anything and everything. For the past six years I have worked in the costume and prop department for several children’s tv programs with Ambience Entertainment, including Magical Tales on Channel 9.”

In 2011 Elissa opened her Etsy store, Blossom Tree Designs, just as a fun thing to do while studying, and she never dreamed that it would become what it is today! Since graduating in 2013 she has continued her work in children’s television while establishing herself as a freelance Graphic Designer. As she says “I am very excited about this next phase as my business grows more everyday”.
