Magazine Feature: Naomi’s Floral Holy Communion

Just before lockdown, earlier in June, we were able to celebrate our daughter Naomi’s First Holy Communion. The wonderful Angie of Angie B Events styled the celebration for us with a floral theme –  in collaboration with some amazing Celebrate Society members – and I think you will agree the result is truly stunning and so so special!

The photos were captured by Mimi Rouh Photography and the venue was at Cropley House.

This was featured in Issue 13 of Celebrating Little One’s Magazine

The sun was glowing through the beautiful backdrop from Belle events which was decorated with stunning florals from Abby K Events and a personalised name sign by Press and Cut Co:

The Holy Communion cake by Sweet Fingers truly blew me away!! It was absolutely delicious too!

It was topped off with florals by Abby K Events and a Cross sign by Press and Cut Co. The result was so unique and beautiful!:

The acrylics by Press n Cut co on the backdrop and cake were truly stunning, and they also created personalised labels for the favour boxes:

These tags were so stunning by Press n Cut Co!

The beautiful table setting was dressed with florals, cookies by Cakes with Punch and stunning plate covers by Eve and Co Stationery:

There was such gorgeous detailing on the favour cross cookies by Cakes with Punch:

These cookies with beautiful floral design by Cakes with Punch were enjoyed by all and was a beautiful take home favour for a Holy Communion:

We also showcased the stunning cross lights by Luxe Adore Co which give off such a beautiful glow and suit a Holy Communion celebration so well!

The floral design by Eve and Co Stationery helped to inspire so much of the decor and it was truly stunning and carried through to the plate covers and activity box labels. Her design was elegant and perfect for a Holy Communion invitation.

The activity boxes were created using favour boxes from The Party Parlour and they were filled with little toys for the kids to play with inside! Displayed so beautifully on this new acrylic cart from Belle Events!:

The Party Parlour boxes were dressed up wonderfully with these labels by Eve and Co Stationery!:

The kids also enjoyed take home fairy floss from The Fairy Floss Club:

It truly was such a memorable and special occasion and I hope you enjoyed seeing the beautiful setup which was thanks to all the wonderful vendors involved!

Parisian Painting 10th birthday party

Oooh la la its off to Paris we go with this Parisian Painting party for my eldest daughter Rebekah’s 10th birthday!

Featured in Issue 12 of our Celebrating Little Ones magazine: https://issuu.com/lifeslittlecelebrations/docs/celebrating_little_ones_magazine_march_2021_final

Angie of Angie B Event Styling collaborated with a range of Celebrate Society members to style this setup with red, pink, rose gold and hints of black and white for a gorgeous cake setting & painting setup!

Eve and Co stationery designed this custom invitation to suit a Parisian Painting party for Rebekah perfectly and which set the tone for the rest of the decor:

The cake setup was created using gorgeous panel props from Ruby’s Prop Hire which were covered in decals designed by Eve and Co stationery and printed by Am Creative who also printed the name decal:

Party Splendour created the gorgeous balloon decor which framed this beautiful setting:

My beautiful daughter enjoyed this 10th birthday party so much after such a crazy 2020!

The details on the cake by JK Cake Designs were truly gorgeous…from the Eiffel Tower..to the bicycle…to the baubles to match the balloons!:

The outside setting for the Parisian Painting activity was truly ‘magnifique!’

With berets for each girl on their chair and Eiffel tower canvases, along with beautiful table settings with treats galore…this truly was a stunning setting:

The plates and tableware were from Ruby Rabbit partyware with a gorgeous mix of pink, rose gold and black and white and:

The other touching details included the gorgeous lunch boxes put together by Cookie Queen Kitsch’n, cookies by Petite cookies, Magnum pop by Cookie Queen Kitsch’n, Cookie Mix Favour bottle from Sweet Health and Fairy Floss bauble from Your Sweet Memories.

I loved how the design by Eve and Co Stationery was carried through to the decor and desserts:

The design looked so gorgeous on these magnum pops by Cookie Queen Kitsch’n !

Petite Cookies created such stunning (and delicious) cookies with rose gold touches!:

The girls loved the fairy floss favours from Your Sweet Memories and Cookie mix favours from Sweet Health:

The girls enjoyed the Painting activities run by Decorati who transported them to Paris with Parisian music and Eiffel tower inspiration!

Age 10 was the perfect age for a parisian party as the girls really got into the activities and spent time on their artwork!:

They were able to enjoy a painting snack all themed thanks to Cookie Queen Kitsch’n with her themed lunchboxes!

It truly was such a fun afternoon that Rebekah will always remember and I thank all the vendors who helped to bring it together and most of all Angie of Angie B Event Styling!

Magazine Shoot: Slumber Party

Slumber parties have become so popular for the tween and early teen age group and Slumber Tribe in Melbourne was inspired to put together this gorgeous shoot for our magazine to inspire everyone as to how it could be themed.

There were many unique aspects to this shoot such as the Boho Luxe canopy and picnic table which provided the perfect setting for the girls to enjoy the grazing boxes by Sweet Sensations with the pastel flower shaped partywear, delicate hats and gold cups from The Party Parlour.

The cake cart made for a beautiful sweets display, surrounded by peachy floral décor and the teepees where they played, talked and slept. All the beautiful desserts were also by Sweet Sensations

As you will see, the desserts were incredible!

The robes offered another unique touch to the party and brought the theming into play and made for beautiful photos and portraits. The balloon and wall décor was all DIY so don’t be afraid to get creative, a balloon stylist would be highly recommended if you are time poor.

To ensure the girls were entertained there were live illustrations of the girls by Party Portraits by Danni along with hair braiding and glitter facepaint by Little Party Faces. This shows that there are definitely entertainment options even for the tween age group!

Besides the illustrations the girls also were able to take home beautiful personalised gold bag tags by Serendipity Design corner.

As you can see – even for 12 year olds there is a LOT that you can do for a slumber party to make it an unforgettable experience! Thanks to all the vendors involved in this collaboration shoot for our magazine:
